HHS seeks input on COVID-19 response, regulatory flexibilities
The Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) posted two requests for information last week. The first seeks evidence as to whether making regulatory flexibilities put in place during the public health emergency permanent would either benefit or negatively impact the public. The second asks health care providers for effective and innovative responses to the pandemic. HHS plans to use the information to shape the department’s priorities and programs.
