Country-pop duo releases song for NursesEverywhere

To support the “Thank a Nurse, Wear a Mask” campaign to promote safe behaviors that reduce the spread of COVID-19, country-pop duo Brown & Gray has written a song called You Didn’t Have To. In part a tribute to Gray’s mother, a front-line nurse for 35 years, the song concludes, “Here’s to the front-line warriors for being brave for all of us.” The singers are asking listeners to support NursesEverywhere, a voluntary nonpartisan coalition of health care leaders and innovators committed to improving health outcomes and expanding access to nursing care.
