AONL Honors Brooks with Prestigious Award

AONL this week announced Ann Marie T. Brooks, PhD, RN, is its 2020 Lifetime Achievement Award recipient. The award recognizes an AONL member who has served AONL, the nursing community and the profession in an important leadership capacity. Brooks is president of the Mount Carmel College of Nursing in Columbus, Ohio. A recognized leader, she has more than 40 years of experience as an educator, nurse executive, Magnet Recognition Program^® appraiser and health care consultant. She served AONL as board president and previously received the AONL Mentor Award. AONL will honor Brooks during the opening plenary March 19 at AONL 2020 in Nashville, Tenn.
