AHA hosts webinar on strengthening teams

The American Hospital Association will host a free team-training webinar to equip leaders with tools, activities and brief learning modules designed to strengthen stressed teams. The event will also take a deeper dive into the processes and sequences of team-strengthening activities. The webinar will take place Feb. 10 at 1 p.m. ET. Participants are encouraged to register in advance.
