AHA hosts team-building webinar July 16

The American Hospital Association (AHA) will host a webinar to help health care teams continue to provide compassionate patient-centered care after a minor disruptive event such as a manager change or a more serious event such as the COVID-19 pandemic. The webinar, presented by Jan Brauer, MA, RN, and Rhonda Fischer, BSN, RN, of Providence Hood River (Ore.) Memorial Hospital, will be held July 16 at noon ET. Learning objectives include recognizing a team’s current level of engagement, identifying at least two steps to help regain momentum and using tools of resilience to prepare for the next challenge.
