Webinar features pathways to increase health care staff diversity

A webinar will feature innovative programs bringing health care career opportunities to communities underrepresented in nursing and allied health professions on March 18 from 3:00 to 4:30 ET. Speakers will describe how these pathway programs work, what their outcomes are and lessons learned. A facilitated conversation with attendees will follow. The AARP Center for Health Equity through Nursing and the Future of Nursing: Campaign for Action, an initiative of AARP Foundation, AARP and the Robert Wood Johnson Foundation, are sponsoring the webinar.
