Tri-Council offers ways to assist Hurricane Helene victims

AONL and the other members of the Tri-Council for Nursing encourage nurses to support the many communities in Florida, Georgia, North Carolina, South Carolina and Tennessee affected by Hurricane Helene with their time, words or resources. The Tri-Council has identified organizations providing resources directly to registered nurses who have suffered loss and damages from the hurricane such as the Tennessee Nurses Foundation Disaster Relief Fund and the North Carolina Foundation for Nursing Nurse Recovery Fund. They also list organizations such as All Hands, All Hearts and the American Red Cross now accepting donations or volunteers to assist with relief and recovery efforts.
