Survey: Most travel nurses satisfied with job

More than 75% of travel nurses report being satisfied with their most recent travel job, compared to only 51% of nurses who report being satisfied with their last staff position, a survey found. Nomad Health, the first digital marketplace for health care staffing, conducted the survey from June 21-29. Of The 117 respondents, 84% ranked money as the top factor to start traveling. Other factors included freedom and flexibility at 71%; adventure at 39%; and work-life balance at 28%. (Nomad Health news release, 7/20/23)
