Resource offers strategies to mitigate workplace violence

The American Hospital Association released an issue brief providing proven strategies and action steps to help hospitals implement violence mitigation efforts. Part of the AHA’s Hospitals Against Violence initiative, the brief discusses how hospitals can integrate violence mitigation into patient and worker safety initiatives and describes eight components of a culture of safety.
