Report shows how to build a culture of patient safety

An American Hospital Association report summarizes key takeaways from nearly 350 health care professionals nationwide who participated in a series of AHA-hosted listening sessions on the state of infection prevention and control to identify challenges, share successes, improve outcomes and create better patient experiences. The listening sessions explored the lessons learned from the pandemic, and the progress happening in infection control through a focus on structure, process and outcome.
