Podcast features Begley discussing AONL study

AONL CEO Robyn Begley, DNP, RN, spoke on the MissingLogic podcast about the pandemic’s impact on nursing leadership. Begley, who also serves as CNO and senior vice president of workforce for the American Hospital Association, discussed how the AONL Foundation for Nursing Leadership Research and Education, AONL and Joslin Insight partnered to conduct a four-part longitudinal study on the impact of COVID-19 on nursing leadership in key areas over time. She shared highlights from the fourth study about nurse leaders’ top challenges, work satisfaction and data on intent to leave their position.
