Nurses, physicians hold contrasting views of teamwork

Only 49% of nurses rate the quality of collaboration between nurses and hospitalists as high or very high as compared to 63% of hospitalists. The finding comes from a study of 380 participants across four sites. Researchers used the Safety Attitudes Questionnaire to rate the quality of collaboration.
