Nurse Leaders Connect, See Innovation in Practice at AONL 2024

“We are the leaders that can and must create the environments where trust, caring and compassion flourish — nursing environments where professionals feel they belong and are thriving,” noted AONL President Deborah Zimmermann, DNP, RN, as she welcomed more than 4,300 attendees to AONL’s annual conference in New Orleans this week. The conference featured more than 70 educational sessions, allowing nurse leaders to network, sharing best practices and innovations to improve patient care and work environments.
