Nominate a Young Leader

AONL encourages members to nominate candidates for the Young Professional Voices program 2024 cohort. The program recognizes nurse leaders who exhibit significant potential as a health care leader and demonstrate exemplary leadership within their organization, community and the nursing profession, and embody innovation, influence and inclusion. The Young Professional Voices program is open to nurses under 40 at all levels, titles and organizational settings. Selected candidates will receive one year of AONL membership, gain recognition in the AONL community, and serve on the Young Professionals Task Force.
