Next Age-Friendly Health Systems Action Community to start

The American Hospital Association is recruiting its sixth Age-Friendly Health Systems Action Community, which will start in September. Teams from hospitals, health systems and ambulatory care sites can join the seven-month virtual community to implement an evidence-based framework that improves health outcomes for older adult patients.
