NHSC scholarship program applications open

The 2023 National Health Service Corps Scholarship program is open. Eligible primary care nursing, behavioral health, medical and dental students interested in practicing in underserved communities can receive payment for up to four years for tuition, fees and a monthly stipend for living expenses. After finishing their health professions’ program and any approved postgraduate training, providers serve at least two years at NHSC-approved sites in underserved rural, urban and tribal communities. Applications are due to the Health Resources and Services Administration by April 27 at 7:30 p.m. ET.
