NCC sends FY 2024 appropriations requests to Congress

The Nursing Community Coalition this week sent a letter to the House and Senate Appropriations Subcommittees on Labor, Health and Human Services, Education and Related Agencies outlining funding requests for fiscal year 2024. The 59 organizations that signed the letter requested at least $530 million for Title VIII Nursing Workforce Development Programs and at least $210 million for the National Institute of Nursing Research. AONL is one of 63 national nursing organizations that comprise the NCC. (NCC letter, 3/6/23)
