J&J Nurse Innovation Fellowship Program deadline nears

Applications are open for the Johnson & Johnson Nurse Innovation Fellowship Program. Applications are due by Feb. 19. The one-year, team-based nursing fellowship for CNOs, nurse executives and senior nurse leaders powers up nurse-led innovation and leadership within health systems to drive transformative change in the health care work environment to enable nurses and patients to thrive. Two nurse leaders from the same organization participate in an innovation curriculum offered by Penn Nursing and learn business acumen, change management and strategic leadership skills from the Wharton School to implement their innovative solutions within their health system. The fellowship runs from April 2024 to May 2025. Participants can register in advance to attend one of four upcoming information sessions about the program.
