J&J invites applicants for workforce solutions, innovation programs

Johnson & Johnson invites direct care nurses to apply by Feb. 21 to a new, team-based program focused on advancing nurse satisfaction, retention and healthy work environments through in-person and virtual experiential learning workshops over 18 months. Run in partnership with the American Association of Colleges of Nursing, the Nursing Workforce Solutions program will include six geographic cohorts, each consisting of ten teams comprised of three or four direct care nurses. J&J also invites CNOs, nurse executives and senior nurse leaders to apply to the 2025-2026 Nursing Innovation Fellowship program by Feb. 17. The program accelerates nurse-led innovation and leadership within health systems to drive change in the health care work environment. Register for an information session in January or February.
