HHS highlights resources to respond to pediatric viral surge

The Department of Health and Human Services launched a website to address the pediatric surge in respiratory illnesses affecting hospital capacity nationwide. The website includes a resource library, assistance center and an information-exchange discussion board to allow for near-real time engagement among users. HHS encourages stakeholders who work in health care, emergency preparedness and management, and disaster medicine to participate and share the materials.
