Federal committee leadership opportunities available

The Nomination Consortium invites nursing leaders to apply for two federal committee leadership opportunities. The National Institutes of Health seeks individuals to serve on the Interagency Pain Research Coordinating Committee. Nominations are due by Nov. 30 at 5:00 p.m. ET. The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention is soliciting individuals to serve on the Advisory Committee on Breast Cancer in Young Women. Nominations are due by Dec. 29. The Nomination Consortium, which includes AONL and other nursing organizations, identifies and nominates experts in the nursing field for federal advisory committees.
