Eisenberg Patient Safety and Quality Awards open

The Joint Commission and the National Quality Forum are accepting applications for the 2023 John M. Eisenberg Patient Safety and Quality Awards through Aug. 7. The annual award program recognizes major achievements by individuals and organizations using innovative approaches to improve patient safety and health care quality. The organizations will offer three award categories: individual achievement, national level innovation in patient safety and quality, and local level innovation in patient safety and quality. The Joint Commission and NQF will recognize the 2023 recipients at NQF’s annual conference in February 2024. (NQF news release, 6/12/23)
