Begley, Crisp Discuss Global Nursing Initiatives

The first episode of the 44th World Hospital Congress podcast series features Robyn Begley, AONL CEO and senior vice president workforce and chief nursing officer of the American Hospital Association, in conversation with Lord Nigel Crisp. Crisp co-chairs Nursing Now, the global campaign on nursing, and previously served as chief executive of the English National Health Service. A member of the United Kingdom’s House of Lords, he also co-chairs the All-Party Parliamentary Group on Global Health. He and Begley discussed nurses’ daily contributions in the health care sector and their vital importance during the COVID-19 pandemic.
