Applications open for Circle of Life Awards

Applications are due Aug. 16 for the 2022 Circle of Life Awards, which celebrate innovation in palliative and end-of-life care. All U.S. organizations or groups providing care for patients with serious or life-limiting illness are eligible to apply. The award recognizes innovative palliative or end-of-life care providers that are measuring and evaluating the impact of their work on patients, family and/or the community. The award is funded in part by the Cambia Health Foundation. The American Hospital Association is among its major sponsors.
