AONL survey seeks best practices to reduce turnover
AONL invites nurse leaders to share best practices to reduce the turnover challenges affecting the field. AONL is partnering on a research study with Crucial Learning, an organization that has spent the last 30 years studying communication and cultures in health care. It has uncovered hospitals, units and nurse managers with remarkably low turnover despite unprecedented conditions. These outliers are creating cultures of connection by offering help, care and growth ─ the kind of cultures nurses want to be part of. AONL invites nurse leaders who have unique best practices for building a culture of connection to share their experiences in a five-minute survey by March 31. AONL will collect responses anonymously and share them in aggregate.
