AONL provides summary of workforce compendium, part two

The August issue of Nurse Leader includes a summary of the second part of AONL’s Workforce Compendium. The compendium is the result of AONL’s nationwide strategic initiative in 2022 to obtain best practices and strategies for nurse leaders.
