AONL Seeks Responses for Fifth Longitudinal Survey

AONL and the AONL Foundation for Nursing Leadership Research and Education invite nurse leaders to respond to the fifth iteration of the Longitudinal Nursing Leadership Insight Study. Begun in 2020 and led by independent consulting firm Joslin Insight, this pulse check enables AONL and the AONL Foundation to understand current challenges, leading practices, areas for greater support, and emotional health and well-being. AONL and AONL Foundation use the responses to inform their workforce initiatives and research priorities. The two organizations will disseminate key findings from the survey.
