AONL Podcast Features Interprofessional Care Model

An AONL podcast released this week explores how nursing leaders at OU Health University of Oklahoma Medical Center developed an interprofessional care delivery model. After launching the model, the academic medical center in Oklahoma City, Okla., improved patient quality, safety, patient experience and decreased turnover. The nursing leaders describe how to use existing resources, elevate practice to the highest level and produce high-quality outcomes while attracting and retaining team members. They initially presented their model at the 2023 AONL Annual Conference.
