AONL, Laudio to release reports on nurse leader roles

AONL and Laudio will collaborate on biannual reports providing unique data and insights related to nurse leaders and their evolving roles. Laudio, a Boston-based company developing front-line leader solutions to drive efficiency and engagement for health systems, will help AONL to quantify the value nurse leaders bring to health systems, as well as provide information on how to assist nurse leaders in their work. Robyn Begley, AONL CEO and American Hospital Association chief nursing officer, and senior vice president of workforce noted, “By collaborating with Laudio on these reports, we aim to deliver insights our members will use and operationalize in real time.”  (AONL news release, 12/12/23)
