AONL Foundation opens call for research

The AONL Foundation for Nursing Leadership Research and Education issued a call for research proposals to explore questions pertaining to leadership equity and equitable health care. This call supports an increasingly diverse nurse leader population, with an emphasis on front-line nurse leaders, as they work in health care environments with growing emphasis on social determinants of health and health care equity. The AONL Foundation encourages studies that are translatable to practice or set the groundwork for continued funded outcomes-focused research. The foundation will award one grant of $15,000; the deadline to apply is Jan. 19, 2023. A gift from AMN Healthcare made the opportunity possible.
