Eighteen months since the World Health Organization declared COVID-19 a global pandemic, AONL is continuing its COVID-19 survey of nurse leaders. The survey results will reveal nurse leaders’ current challenges and leading practices at health care organizations. This is the third and final part of the AONLNursing Leadership COVID-19 Insight Study fielded in July 2020 and February 2021. The current survey is open until Aug. 20 and can be accessed online. AONL will share the key findings in the coming weeks.
