AONL 2023 Welcomes Nurse Leaders to California

AONL welcomed nearly 3,000 attendees to its annual conference in Anaheim, Calif. this week. Nurse leaders were inspired by speakers delivering messages on ways to become better leaders and further the profession of nursing.  Erik Martin, DNP, RN, AONL board president, noted AONL is a convener, offering community and resources to help with the challenges nurse leaders face. He invited attendees to channel the energy at the conference the next time they feel overwhelmed. “Remember, you are not alone in this voyage,” he said. “We are a community and we are in this together.”
