AHRQ webinar will describe how patient stories can improve care

The Agency for Healthcare Research and Quality will hold a webinar about how health care providers and staff can better engage with patients and use their stories to provide safer and better care. The webinar will occur on March 13 from 2:00-4:00 p.m. ET during Patient Safety Awareness Week and feature Jay Baruch, MD, a practicing emergency room physician and award-winning author, lecturer and medical educator.
