AHRQ webinar to focus on amplifying patient’s voice

A webinar sponsored by the Agency for Healthcare Research and Quality’s Consumer Assessment of Healthcare Providers and Systems program will describe how patient experience professionals use multiple methods to capture the patient’s voice. The speakers will explain how additional feedback methods complement CAHPS data, and how integrating data sources helps them to identify areas of improvement and possible solutions.
