AHA webinar discusses best practices for equitable maternal care

An American Hospital Association webinar on April 13 from 1:00-2:00 CT will bring together leading voices from the field for a dialogue on ways health care organizations can adopt best practices to provide equitable maternal care. The virtual event, held in observance of National Minority Health Month and Black Maternal Health Week, will explore the maternal health care disparities women of color face and discuss strategies for health care organizations to serve women from diverse backgrounds in their pregnancy and postpartum journey.
