AHA video urges families to vaccinate teens during check-ups

The American Hospital Association (AHA) launched a video last week encouraging families with children 12 and older to add COVID-19 vaccinations to their back-to-school preparations. The video is part of the AHA’s continuing effort to encourage vaccine confidence. It points out students can receive the COVID-19 vaccine when receiving other vaccines. The AHA has posted additional vaccination resources and answers to questions about COVID-19 vaccines on its website. (AHA News article, 8/6/21)
