AHA marks Patient Safety Awareness Week with resources

The American Hospital Association this week released videos, social media posts and other resources highlighting the importance of patient safety for Patient Safety Awareness Week, held March 10-16. The association highlighted its AHA Patient Safety Initiative, a collaborative, data-driven effort that gives hospitals an opportunity to tell stories about patient safety. In addition, the AHA supports and celebrates patient safety successes and facilitates collaboration, as well as offers ways for hospitals to reaffirm their commitment to quality of care.
