AHA issues brief on violence prevention strategies

An issue brief from the American Hospital Association’s Hospitals Against Violence initiative provides evidence-based tools and strategies to help hospitals assess violence risks and make the care environment safer. The first in a series that will expand on HAV’s 2021 framework for building a safe workplace and community, the issue brief builds on a series of discussions between hospital and risk management leaders.
