Hospital leaders share best practices in patient-centric care

On Aug. 15 at noon ET, the American Hospital Association will host a one-hourwebinar on integrating the patient voice in care design and delivery. Leaders from Holy Name Medical Center and MultiCare Health System will share how their hospitals engaged community members in the creation of effective screening and educational programs. Presenters will describe their experiences integrating the collective community voice in their efforts to deliver quality patient care and advance health equity. Webinar participants will learn to design and implement culturally sensitive patient-centered screening and educational initiatives and to identify strategies to embed health equity practices across all patient interactions.
