Rhea Broome is currently one of many nurse managers for the largest, private, not-for-profit hospital in Mississippi and the largest non-metropolitan hospital in America, North Mississippi Medical Center-Tupelo. With a background in nursing leadership, patient safety, and process improvement, she manages three different areas within the Heart & Vascular Institute within the NMMC system.
Jordan Propst, RN, BSN, CMSRN, Nurse Manager – Carle Health
Jordan Propst is a nurse manager at Carle Health system’s flagship Hospital, Carle Foundation, holder of a Magnet® designation, the nation’s highest honor for nursing care. Jordan is the leader of two surgical departments, one is the bariatric center of excellence, the other being recognized with an advanced certification for hip and knee replacement. Jordan is passionate about the growth and development of her team and partners with Laudio to strive for excellent retention and quality of nursing care.
