Dr. Andrea Coyle is a nurse leader and expert in creating structures and processes that improve performance outcomes. She is recognized for her passion and ability to inspire, motivate, coach, and empower teams to advance the profession of nursing. Dr. Coyle is collaborating with healthcare organizations and nursing associations to help mitigate the impact of burnout.
Andrea has successfully led a large academic Medical Center to its first magnet designation and first magnet redesignation and has helped hospitals internationally on their nursing excellence magnet journey.
Dr. Coyle is also an inaugural member of the American Nurse’s Association’s Healthy Nurse/Healthy Nation advisory board. She is also published and has her nurse executive board certification.
