Review the FAQ for questions you might about the Nurse Director Fellowship.
Applications will be reviewed by a committee of AONL members and past fellowship participants. Only applications with all required materials will be considered for review.
Individuals needing to cancel must do so within a specific time period that will be provided upon acceptance (typically during the month of November prior to the fellowship year). Cancellations made within the specified time frame will receive a refund minus 20%. No refunds will be provided for cancellations made outside of this period. American Organization for Nursing Leadership is accredited as a provider of nursing continuing professional development by the American Nurses Credentialing Center's Commission on Accreditation. Fellowship participants are awarded 45+ nursing continuing professional development contact hours.
Applicants will be notified by the end of October from aonlfellowships@aha.org.
Financial aid is being provided by the AONL Foundation, through the Pamela Austin Thompson Scholarship fund. Packages are available up to $8,500. To be considered for financial aid please apply through the AONL Foundation.
The deadline to submit for financial aid is the same date as the application deadline.
