CGEAN is now the Association for Leadership Science in Nursing

The Council on Graduate Education for Administration in Nursing (CGEAN) has changed its name to the Association for Leadership Science in Nursing (ALSN). The organization was established in 1970 to build collegial relations among nurse educators focused on administration at the graduate level. The group currently has more than 200 members who focus on leadership education as well as nursing administration at both the undergraduate and graduate levels. (ALSN website)
