Applications open for Circle of Life awards

Palliative and end-of-life care programs are encouraged to apply for the American Hospital Association (AHA) Circle of Life Awards. The annual honor celebrates innovation in programs that work to embed palliative and end-of-life care in a variety of settings. More information and application forms, which are due Aug. 16, are available on the association website.
