AHA webinar on ‘humanity in health care’ takes on burnout

The American Hospital Association (AHA) Physician Alliance will host a webinar this month showcasing a model of care which combats burnout by promoting resiliency and the restoration of humanity in health care. Participants will hear how the model systematically cultivates human thriving and connection in ways that promote resilience, well-being and joy for all members of the health care team. Speakers from The Institute for Healthcare Excellence and Parkview Physicians Group of Fort Wayne, Ind., will share lessons learned from deploying the Solutions for Thriving Blueprint developed by the National Taskforce for Humanity in Healthcare. Participants may register in advance for webinar, which will take place on March 17 at 1 p.m. ET.
