Care strategies, leadership actions, evidence, and analytics collection, and use and scalable care system operations are vital issues and opportunities for nursing professional leadership in the era of COVID-19. This webinar will provide knowledge to health care leaders, nursing executives, directors, managers, and informaticists on how nursing leaders have worked within their organizations during the pandemic to ensure scalable operations and beneficial care is maintained and extended when challenged by COVID-19.
