Joint Commission, Deloitte Share Lessons on Pandemic Recovery

The Joint Commission and Deloitte shared a free white paper, COVID-19 Lessons Learned: A Resource for Recovery. The paper provides best practices and assessments of readiness and preparedness efforts, examining specific actions organizations have taken at the national, regional and local level. The paper also points to guidance and tools for health care leaders interested in creating their own readiness and preparedness plans.
