Goodwin to Keynote AONL 2021 Virtual Conference

Presidential historian Doris Kearns Goodwin will keynote the AONL 2021 Virtual Conference in July. During her career, Goodwin explored leadership in her biographies of U.S. Presidents Lincoln, Johnson, and Theodore and Franklin Roosevelt, as well as in her recent book, Leadership in Turbulent Times. She also contributed to documentaries on the lives of several presidents and to two Ken Burns’ films, The History of Baseball and The Roosevelts: An Intimate History. The April issue of Nurse Leader features a Q and A in which Goodwin shares some of her insights on leadership. Conference registration is now available on the AONL website.
