KT Waxman, an international leader in simulation, is currently the President of the Society for Simulation in Healthcare and the Director of the California Simulation Alliance (since 2008). She has published extensively on this topic (Nurse Leader, Clinical Simulation in Nursing, Journal of Nursing Education), including a book on simulation.
