Leading an Evidence-Based Enterprise
Evidence-Based Practice (EBP) is an effective and efficient problem-solving approach using evidence to drive health care decisions, providing the foundation to meet the Quadruple Aim: to improve quality, safety, and population health outcomes, reduce costs, and empower clinicians and leaders in their work. Although scholars introduced EBP decades ago, many nurse leaders never learned EBP in their academic programs, resulting in substantial gaps in understanding of this essential approach to health care delivery.
This on-demand webinar will address your unique and essential role in leading EBP to improve outcomes in care and achieve the goals of the Quadruple Aim.
